Design is a consequence of art's interest in the outside world. The artists find inspiration for their creations in their surroundings – they refer to ready-made objects and adapt them for artistic purposes with the help of working methods they have developed. Another means of activity is processing used elements, artistic recycling and breathing new life into selected objects, turning them into small pieces of furniture or artistic works. The exhibition also shows a fascination with historical lettering, typography and the study of selected objects through the prism of light. Among the works featured at the fair will also be those that resulted from interest in and exploration of the domain of science and biology.
