Jörg Leeser (*1967), Prof. Dipl. Ing., architect and planner, studied architecture at RWTH Aachen and the Bartlett School of Architecture and graduated from RWTH Aachen in 1997. Together with Anne-Julchen Bernhardt he founded BeL Sozietät für Architektur in 2000. Since 2011 he is the professor for Urban Context at the Peter Behrens School of Arts at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf.
