Architecture requires diversity. Cities do not like monotony. People have different needs. Modern mixed-use projects are much more than office buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor. Increasingly more often they perform a vast role of shaping the city’s fabric, including city squares, parks or concert halls. Investing in diversity comes at a price.
