–As Climate Officer for Orange Polska (OPL) he is responsible for designing, deploying and animating the transversal #OrangeGoesGreen climate strategy and actions. #OrangeGoesGreen combines responsibility for reducing emissions, creating value for stakeholders, and using OPL’s market position for a wider green impact in Poland. The overarching, science-based goal of Orange is net zero carbon by 2040 for its entire emissions (Scopes 1, 2 & 2 - own and value chain emissions). The first key milestone for Orange Polska on this path is a very significant reduction of own emissions (Scopes 1 & 2) by 2025: at least -65% vs 2015.
