Director of the Marketing Department and the Workspace Research and Consulting Department at Nowy Styl. Karolina is responsible for marketing strategies and the promotion of the company, its products and product brands to all geographic markets. She also manages a department that provides services in the area of space efficiency improvement. She leads an interdisciplinary team, clients with the team’s specialised knowledge in the Workplace area. Karolina is an expert in the field of Workplace Environment Strategy. She has spoken at a number of events., written many articles and given press interviews. Karolina is also a business coach with over 15 years of experience, offering management training and consulting for a range of companies. She has served as an expert on the Programme Council of the Human Resources Management studies at the Tischner European University. She is also a lecturer at the Jagiellonian University, the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Kozminski University. She has graduated from the Jagiellonian University, the Tischner European University and completed Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies.
