Full Professor, researcher and academic teacher in the field of cultural heritage issues, conservation, adaptation and revitalization of historic buildings, theory of architecture and urbanism. She conducts extensive international cooperation, including as a Visiting Professor and a Member of the Doctoral School Collegium at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, ongoing scientific cooperation with the University of Pisa and others. She has initiated a number of projects in the field of cultural heritage research and preservation, including: "San Pietro Infine - the Place and Memory" (2019), "Lazio-Tuscany-Silesia: Heritage Sites in Conservation Perspective" (2020), "Lazio Paper Mills" (2021), and many others. She is the author of more than a hundred scientific publications, including monographs: "Local Architecture Heritage in the Integrated Approach: reseach-protection-education" (2019), „Miejsce: Tożsamość I zmiana"(2010). Academic editor of ten books, including: "Tadeusz Barucki - Architekt, Podróżnik, Badacz” (2022), „Reflektory Interdyscyplinarne spojrzenie na dziedzictwo architektury Górnego Śląska drugiej połowy XX wieku”(2018).
