Born in 1973. Master of Laws, graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, postgraduate studies at the Academy of Local Government Leaders conducted by the WSB University in Poznań in cooperation with the Ministry of Administration and Digitization, and MBA in Community Management, conducted by the Krakow School of Business of the University of Economics in Krakow.

He started his professional career in 1997 in a law firm, and in 2003 he became involved with the local government, taking up the position of Head of the Administration Department at the District Office in Bieruń. In the years 2006-2014 he served as Secretary of Bieruńsko-Lędziński County. He was a member of the Forum of Secretaries of Municipalities and Districts of the Silesian Voivodeship, and also participated in working teams working to improve the activities of local government. In the years 2010 - 2014, he served as a City Councilor of Bieruń, and was the chairman of the finance, development and promotion committee.

In December 2014, he took up the position of Mayor of Bieruń. Since then, it has been consistently implementing the vision of a modern and resident-friendly city and city hall.
