Maciej Rodak
Architect, the last winner of the Theory competition
Architect and philosopher, graduate of the Cracow University of Technology and of the Jagiellonian University. His master's thesis at the Faculty of Architecture was devoted to housing estate spontaneity; it received an award in a competition organised by the Kraków office of the Society of Polish Urban Planners (2022) and was shortlisted for the 2022 Zbyszek Zawistowski Award of the Society of Polish Architects (SARP).
Author of the book "Notes from Turin. A city that is two" awarded and published under the THEORY 2022/2023 Competition of the Stefan Kuryłowicz Foundation.
Co-organizer and animator of events promoting architecture: the 25th National Meeting of Architecture Students “Experiment" in Kraków, 2020; "Młodzi Architekci” [Young Architects] 2019, “Studia na Horyzoncie” [Studies on the Horizon] 2017 and 2018.
