Szymon Przydworski
Hotel Director, Qubus Hotel Katowice
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, majoring in: Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences
In 2009 he started his career in the catering industry, gaining his first experience as a waiter and bartender. In 2013/2014 he already held managerial positions, including: position of gastronomy manager at the 3* NoBo hotel in Łódź and manager of the famous Magda Gessler - Polka restaurant in Łódź. In the following years, he became more closely involved with the hotel industry, working, among others, as F&B manager at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Krakow. He also took part in the opening of the Aries Hotel in Zakopane.
He has been associated with the Qubus Hotel chain for 2 years, where from 202 he was the deputy director of Qubus Hotel Kraków, and since July 2023, he has been the director of the newly built Qubus Hotel Katowice.
