Tomasz Gałązka

Tomasz Gałązka, advisor at the Department of Low-Emission Economy at the Ministry of Development and Technology. He has been working in public administration for 15 years, currently in the Ministry of Development and Technology. Professionally, he deals with issues of energy efficiency of buildings, the use of renewable energy sources in construction and law and support systems in this area. He is a co-author of draft regulations on improving the energy performance of buildings. He graduated from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in district heating, heating and energy auditing of buildings.
