TOMASZ GRELA graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and completed his post-graduate studies in management at the University of Economics in Katowice. He began his career with construction company Dombud S.A. in Katowice, where he headed up the marketing team (1997-2001). Moving on to another Katowice-based company, Farmacol SA, he took on the position of logistics director and commercial director. His association with Grupa Kapitałowa Grupa Kęty SA began in 2002. He served as Chief Operations Officer, a member of the Metalplast SA management board, until 2006. In tandem with that, he was the President of the Metalplast-Stolarka Sp. z o.o. management board from 2004 to 2008. In December 2008, he became the President of the management board at ALUPROF SA. With him at the helm, the company is the undisputed leader of the Polish architectural and shading systems market. Tomasz Grela has also been a member of the Grupa Kapitałowa Grupa Kęty SA Management Board since December 2017. The winner of numerous construction industry accolades, the titles he has been awarded include Architectural Systems Personality of the Year, Construction Creator, Polish Hercules and Industry Personality.
