 Tomasz Sikora has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 12 years, and has spent a third of that time at Panattoni, participating in the developer's rapid growth in the Silesian region. In his career, he has been involved in the commercialization of retail and office space, and for more than 5 years has focused on industrial and logistics space.

At the end of 2023, he was promoted at Panattoni to the position of Senior Leasing Manager. He will be even more responsible for the commercialization of industrial space in the Silesian region, where Panattoni has delivered by far the most space to date - over 2.6 million sqm. So far, he has been responsible, among other things, for the commercialization of parks in Tychy, Mikołów, Zabrze and Ruda Śląska, signing contracts for nearly 200,000 sqm. He negotiates lease terms for speculative space, but also develops customized projects.

Tomasz Sikora graduated from the Silesian University of Technology with a master's degree in Management and Marketing, as well as a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Brokerage from the University of Economics in Katowice.
