Assistant Professor in the Department of Landscape Art, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Specialises in horticulture and landscape architecture. Her research is concerned with landscape art and public spaces. Initiator of meetings with philosophers, naturalists, ecologists and artists for the consideration of contemporary problems. She teaches at the Garden and Landscape Art Studio and Garden Design for Hortitherapy course, and Faculty of Landscape design and Architecture at the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznan. She has taken part in demonstration garden festivals. Author of publications on art and design. She considers plants as a living "substance" in garden art. Apart from being a landscape architect she also has a visual art practice, where she uses painting and sculpture as her main mediums.
