An expert with 30 years of experience, she co-created the Warsaw commercial real estate market. For several years, she has been setting trends in the luxury residential segment. She also possesses unique competencies in the hospitality & leisure sector.
She is the creator of the High Level Sales & Marketing brand, which defines the premium real estate market in Poland for the most demanding clients.
From December 2014 to November 2020, she served as the President of the Management Board at Tacit Investment. She was responsible for the sales success of the Cosmopolitan apartment building, as well as exclusive hotel projects: The Bridge Wrocław and Nobu Hotel Warsaw.
At Upper Property, as the President of the Management Board, she supports investors from a planning and formal-administrative perspective, maximizing the potential of their properties. Previously, for 15 years, she built and managed the Platan Group. From 1991-1999, she laid the foundations for Jones Lang LaSalle in the Polish market and participated in managing the company.
She is a member of the Executive Committee of ULI (Urban Land Institute in Poland). Since 2021, she has been a member of the Jury for the ULI Europe Awards for Excellence. Ambassador of the White Star Foundation.
