Magdalena Gazur
Designer, Manufaktura w Bolesławcu
Designer, curator, and producer of numerous exhibitions, adept at seamlessly blending modern design with traditional craftsmanship.
She completed her degree at the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. Additionally, she graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in "Design Management in the Development of New Products," conducted in collaboration with the Warsaw School of Economics and the Institute of Industrial Design in Warsaw.
In 2022, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis with distinction at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts.
Her stoneware vessels were featured in the acclaimed "Polish Table" project, earning the Must Have award at the Łódź Design Festival. Similarly, her collections "The 60s" from 2020, "HopOnTop" from 2021, and "Carpets from Bolesławiec" from 2022 also received recognition.
Currently serving as the Chief Designer at "Manufaktura" in Bolesławiec, she is a lecturer at the Department of Interdisciplinary Actions in Ceramics and Glass at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. Additionally, she collaborates with the National Museum in Wrocław as an exhibition producer.
