Manager of the largest ever Polish PPP project for the construction and maintenance of street furniture in Warsaw. An expert in industry legal solutions. Member of the Council of the PPP Centre Foundation and of the Programme Council of the PPP Leaders Forum. Partner of the Association of Polish Town Planners. Member of the 'Pro Bono Leaders' coalition and the chapter of the 'Man of Knowledge and Experience' Award as well as the Employers' Council at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Awarded the Golden Cross of Merit for his contribution to the creation of civil society.
