Adam Polko

Dr Adam Polko works at the Department of Spatial and Environmental Economics at the University of Economics in Katowice. His research focuses on the economics of urban commons, participatory governance of public spaces, and real estate economics. Additionally, he is an expert in urban regeneration, having developed several regeneration programs for cities in the Silesian Region. He is also a member of the Regional Urban and Architectural Commission of the Silesian Region.
