Anna Szelągowska
Prof. Anna Szelągowska, PhD, DSc is an expert in real estate markets and housing policy. She leads the Department of Real Estate Market and Innovative Cities at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. The author of over 200 scientific publications on finance, banking, and real estate, as well as green transformation and the impact of new technologies on urban and economic development. With extensive experience as an expert for various governmental and non-governmental institutions and active membership in key scientific and advisory bodies, including the Polish Academy of Sciences, she seamlessly integrates theory with practice. Her academic and teaching focus encompasses real estate financing, challenges in housing policy, and financial innovations.
