She specializes in human-centered, biofilic, and highly functional design. Combining experience from both the scientific and business fields, she effectively integrates best practices from both areas. She focuses on a holistic and inclusive approach to design, merging architectural and urban aspects with social, behavioral, and health considerations. She is particularly interested in human well-being within architecture and the built environment, as well as the ability to systematize and simplify even the most complex processes. She is a co-author of the report "Neurodiversity in the Office," " Zielona Strefa Nauki " and projects such as the office for Arup and Lipton.
