Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing teams and processes in real estate industry, which gained while working at PKP S.A. and PFR Nieruchomości S.A.

Since 2002, he has been associated with PKP SA, where he started as a specialist in the Department of Planning and Economic Analysis, to go through all levels of the managerial career and as Managing Director/Management Representative for Real Estate, to coordinate the work of a team of over 1,300 people. He was responsible, among others, for the sale and commercialization of railway real estate and the implementation of station investments.

In 2018, he joined the PFR Nieruchomości SA team, initially as Investment Director, and from 2020 as Deputy Director for the Investment Preparation and Implementation Office, he was responsible for supervising the comprehensive management of projects, starting from due diligence analyses and real estate valuations, through the preparation of investment concepts and financial models, and ending with supervision over the implementation of the resources of the Rental Housing Fund and the Development Housing Fund.

A graduate of higher education with a specialization in Managerial Economics in the Process of Enterprise Management and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Brokerage, he also holds the title of Executive Master of Business Administration EMBA.
