Attorney-at-Law with over 20 years of professional experience and one of the founding partners of JGA Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Galwas, Ginckaj, Morawiec, Olszewski, Stankiewicz Sp. p. (law firm). Since the outset of his career, real estate law has been his main area of interest. He provides comprehensive legal services and coordinates real estate transactions, including the preparation of detailed due diligence reports and the provision of strategic legal advice. He also serves as counsel in proceedings concerning various aspects of real estate law, including but not limited to matters under the Real Estate Management Act, the Construction Law, and the Spatial Development Act. He has collaborated with numerous domestic and international entities within the real estate sector and has participated in some of the largest real estate investment projects in Silesia. This extensive experience affords him a deep understanding of every aspect and stage of investment implementation, from both legal and practical perspectives. Beyond his legal practice, he actively shares his expertise through lectures and presentations, benefiting both the JGA team and the broader professional community.
