Jakub Krzysztofik, architect and urban planner. He has been running his own practice since 2000 (3DARCHITEKCI.com). Chief designer of the urban concept for the Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź (areas 1,2,4; approximately 67.5 ha). Author of a number of award-winning buildings, including: Stara Drukarnia office building, Słoneczne Tarasy apartment building, Laboratories of the Faculty of Environment of Lodz University of Technology, area revitalization project. After graduating from the Lodz University of Technology, he completed doctoral studies, conservation of monuments, marketing and management, and a philosophy course. Lecturer in practice and architectural theorist at the University of Łódź and the Art School of Design in Łódź, as expert in the field of public utility, operational urban planning, revitalization and investment management. Since 2019, the president of the Association of Polish Architects, Łódź Branch, he is a member of the SARP competition judges. Member of the program board of the International Congress Regeneration of Industrial Cities - Łódź. He publishes columns from the #PiszeKubaDoJakub series on the SNG Kultura website. From 2023, producer of architecture documentaries at Brick Trough Productions.
