Jakub Wazowicz-Łaszewski
Architect and Aesthete | Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture, Krakow University of Technology
with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in designing office spaces as well as residential and public buildings. My professional journey includes working with leading Krakow development companies such as BUMA Group and GD&K Group. Notably, I was jointly responsible for the reconstruction and implementation of the UNITY CENTRE project (formerly known as "Szkieletor"), a landmark investment in Krakow.
Throughout my career, I have designed and overseen the delivery of several hundred thousand square meters of office spaces for key Tenants in the Krakow and Warsaw markets. Building on this extensive experience, I joined Investment Fund UNIQA and later Globalworth Poland, where, for the past two years, I have been instrumental in developing and implementing a new business line: serviced offices under the Ace of Space brand.
