Prof. PW, PhD in technical sciences, architect, graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. 

Vice-President of the International Union of Architects (UIA), President of Region II UIA from 2024, Secretary General of the Association of Polish Architects (1994-2006), President of the Association of Polish Architects (2006-2012), Vice-President of SARP (2015-2022). Vice-Dean for General Affairs of the Faculty Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology (2016-2024). 

Member of the Copyright Commission of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (1996-2003).

He was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the Golden Badge of SARP.

Author and co-author of many projects awarded in architectural competitions. Projects - schools, sports facilities, museum exhibitions, residential and service buildings implemented in Warsaw and a number of Polish cities.

Promoter of Polish architecture on the European arena, among others, as part of the work of the Visegrad Group V4, UIA, ACE and EFAP, and on the world arena, as an active participant in conferences and congresses.

Member of the Council of the International Union of Architects in 2011-2021.

Deputy director of the UIA International Competition Commission in 2015 - 2024.

Partner in the Author's Studio, which has been operating since the 1980s

PRO ARTE 11.

In recent years, he has been a regular collaborator of the NM Architekci studio.
