Paweł Kubara

Having studied political science and administration at the Jagiellonian University and gained publishing and marketing experience in the field of art and design, since 2009 I have been creating and managing the development strategy of one of the leading Polish furniture brand - Comforty. I am responsible for various strategic areas - marketing and communication, development and implementation of design strategies, new products. I supervise and coordinate the development and implementation of products for production, both within the home furniture segment and those intended for public use, hospitality and office segments.

 

I also run a number of projects with key clients and architects, I look after premium dealers and cooperate with brand agents. I create and coordinate the pricing, distribution and sales strategy.

 

Since 2011, I have also been preparing and coordinating the brand's presence at national and international fairs. Since 2011, I have also been developing strategic cooperation and sales of key brands from the offer of the Comforty flagship store, including: Kvadrat, Flos, Vibia, Nemo, Karman, Pablo or Zanotta among other brands.

Since 2010, I have been involved in co-creating subsequent Comforty flagship stores. The newest and largest called Dom Meblowy Comforty, with a space of ​​almost 1,500 m2, was opened in February 2023 in Warsaw.
