Tomasz Sikora has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, with one-third of this time spent at Panattoni, actively contributing to the developer’s rapid growth in the Silesian region.

He began his career in the commercialization of retail and office spaces, but for the past six years, he has focused on industrial and logistics facilities. As a Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni, he is responsible for leasing industrial spaces in the Silesian Voivodeship – a region where Panattoni has delivered a record-breaking 2.8 million m² of space.

Tomasz has been involved in the commercialization of parks in Tychy, Mikołów, Zabrze, and Ruda Śląska, securing lease agreements for 250,000 m². He negotiates terms for speculative developments and also manages build-to-suit (BTS) projects tailored to individual client needs.

He holds a master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the Silesian University of Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Brokerage from the University of Economics in Katowice.
